🏡 All information du kan tänka dig behöva finns på vår kommunikationsplattform Boappa, som går att ladda ned via App Store eller Google Play. Här kan du chatta med styrelsen och andra medlemmar men också hitta manualer, frågor och svar samt gemensamma rabatter.
🗓️ Styrelsen lägger ut ett nyhetsbrev varje månad om vad som händer i föreningen. Vi väntar just nu på leverans av vårt permanenta system för bokning av tvättstuga och gästlägenhet, vilket gör att vår nuvarande temporära lösning är Google Kalendrar.
🔑 Varje andel i föreningen har rätt till 2 extra nycklar och taggar. Kontakta oss för att få information om hur många som är beställda i din lägenhet om du skulle behöva extra.
♻️ Avfall kastas i sopsugen mellan innergården och parkeringen. Tänk på sopor som ligger bredvid sopsugen hämtas inte upp. Meddela Lunds Kommun enligt kontaktinfo på sopsugen ifall de inte fungerar. Metall, glas och tidningspapper går att slänga i sopsugen bakom vår granne Brf One Six och på Innovationsgatan 9 finns container för papper och plast.
🔥Vår rostfria brandtrappa agerar utrymningsväg i nödsituationer och därför är det viktigt att den hålls fri och tillgänglig.

🏡 All the information you need is available on our communication platform Boappa, which can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play. There, you can contact the board, neighbours, find manuals, booking instructions, FAQs, shared discounts, and more.
🗓️ The board publishes a monthly newsletter with updates on what is happening in the association. We are waiting for our laundry room, and guest’s apartment booking system. In the meantime, you can use the Google Calendar.
🔑 Each member of the owners association can request 2 additional keys and/or tags.
♻️ Waste is disposed of via a vacuum system located outside the inner courtyard. There are vacuums for well paper, household packaging, organic, plastic, and combustible waist. If the vacuum system is out of order, please do not place any trash outside the vacuums, and notify Lund’s municipality. Trash left next to the trash vacuums will not be collected. Metal, glass, and newspaper can be recycled at Innovationsgatan 9.
🔥The emergency exit is located in the inner yard. A stainless-steel staircase by the inner-shout façade. They shall be kept clear and accessible.
